Shipping & Delivery:

All orders are processed and dispatched as soon as possible once payment has cleared.   We aim to process and ship your order within 3-4 days, but this can sometimes take a little longer as our natural products are handmade in small batches and we are reliant on the local post office.

Shipping costs are £3.99 for standard delivery and £8.99 for express delivery (orders for express delivery will be processed asap, we always aim for next day but please allow 1-3 days depending on pick up times from the post office)

If you have not received your order within 7-10 working days after your payment has cleared, please use the ‘contact us’ page for assistance.

Please ensure your address details are fully accurate including the postcode as we are not liable to refund any orders if a delivery address inaccuracy results in a missing parcel.

Privacy & Security:

At Conscious Cosmetics we respect and value the privacy of existing, potential and new customers. We will never intentionally pass on your information or details to a third party. We may contact you via email to inform you about any new products, offers, events we may be attending, and to inform you about specific ingredient properties and benefits. 

If you do not wish to be added to the Conscious Cosmetics mailing list, please inform us immediately via email so that we can remove and destroy your contact details. Please note that we do need your email and mobile phone number to process your order and arrange delivery; if you have indicated that you do not want to be included in our mailing lists, we will delete that information once your order has been processed and shipped.

Returns Policy:

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted, this does not affect your statutory rights. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product please use the ‘contact us’ page for assistance.

Disclaimer & Nut Allergies/Essential Oil Allergies

Some products are made in an environment that may be adjacent to products that contain nuts.

We do use almond oil in some of our products, please check ingredient list for allergens.

We use all natural botanical products- please read our detailed ingredient list for each product, to ensure you do not have an allergy to any of the ingredients.

For mums to be please check with your healthcare provider that any of the essential oils in our products are safe and suitable for you to use.
